A highly regarded Naples law firm is seeking an experienced Trust and Estate Attorney to join and help expand its established private wealth practice. This is a unique opportunity for a senior attorney to play a meaningful role in the continued growth and long-term leadership of a sophisticated Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation group.
The firm is seeking an attorney with strong technical experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and an established book of business who is interested in helping shape the future direction of the practice.
What You'll Do
- Advise high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and fiduciaries on estate planning and wealth preservation strategies
- Draft sophisticated estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and related wealth transfer instruments
- Counsel fiduciaries in the administration of estates and trusts
- Prepare and review federal estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax matters
- Conduct estate, trust, and tax-related research and analysis
- Support trust and estate litigation matters involving wills, trusts, and fiduciary administration
- Develop and expand client relationships while contributing to overall practice growth
- Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic initiatives and future development of the Trusts & Estates group
What We're Looking For
- Active Florida Bar member in good standing
- 10+ years of Trusts & Estates experience
- Strong background in sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and wealth transfer matters
- Established and portable book of business
- Proven ability to manage complex client matters independently
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and client counseling skills
- Leadership qualities with interest in helping grow and shape a practice
- Team-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Comfortable working in-office in Naples
