Real Estate Attorney | Naples, FL (In-Office)
A highly regarded Naples law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join and help expand its established Real Estate practice. This is a strategic opportunity for an attorney with strong commercial real estate experience who is interested in playing a meaningful role in the continued growth and long-term leadership of a sophisticated practice.
What You'll Do
- Handle a broad range of commercial and residential real estate transactions from inception through closing
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and related transactional agreements
- Conduct title, survey, and due diligence review
- Advise clients on transaction structure, risk management, and regulatory compliance matters
- Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout complex transactions
- Collaborate with firm leadership to strengthen and expand the Real Estate practice
- Support mentorship, team development, and long-term succession planning efforts
- Contribute to business development and strategic growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Active Florida Bar member in good standing
- 8+ years of real estate law experience
- Significant experience handling commercial real estate transactions
- Experience with residential transactions as well
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to independently manage sophisticated transactional matters
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Interest in practice growth, leadership, and long-term career development
- Portable business preferred, but a full book is not required
- Comfortable working in-office in Naples
