A well-established boutique litigation firm, founded in 1985, is seeking a Medical Malpractice Defense Associate to handle New Jersey matters. Medical malpractice and nursing home litigation

The associate will work closely with experienced partners on New Jersey medical malpractice defense matters and gain exposure to all phases of litigation, including:
Case strategy development and analysis
Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
Depositions and expert coordination
Trial preparation and client interaction
1800 annual billable hour requirement
Strong mentorship and hands-on training from experienced litigators
Early responsibility with meaningful case involvement
A collaborative, boutique-firm environment with long-term stability

Licensed and in good standing in New Jersey
Experience or strong interest in medical malpractice defense
Solid writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
