Our client, a reputable and growing law firm in Northern Virginia, is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee internal administrative functions and help drive strategic growth. This is a dynamic leadership role ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and brings a systems-driven mindset.
Oversee and streamline administrative operations firmwide
Develop and implement scalable operational systems
Manage logistics and support daily functions across departments
Collaborate with leadership to drive process improvements and support firm growth
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Prior law firm experience and JD required
Highly organized with strong communication and client service skills
A self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Comfortable working with electronic document management systems
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a high-volume environment
Detail-oriented with strong grammar, writing, and proofreading skills
