There is an urgent need in their Personal Lines Department, for a skilled CSR or Account Manager to make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Policy Servicing: Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and carrier requirements.

Quoting and Sales Support: Assist clients with obtaining quotes for new policies or coverage changes, explain coverage options, and support producers or agents in closing sales.

Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system, including documentation of communications, policy details, and service activities.

Claims Assistance: Guide clients through the claims process by providing initial support, submitting claims to carriers, and following up to ensure timely resolution and communication.

Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, delivering top-notch service to clients.

Assess clients' insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage options, and prepare quotes.

 

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 3 + years Personal Lines insurance.

Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license ideal, but not required
