District Sales Manager
Manage and grow assigned ag sales territory
Primary focus on retail dealers and farm dealers
Sell seed along with crop enhancement and biological products
Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships
Provide product support and agronomic recommendations
Drive territory growth and sales performance
This is a relationship-driven, field-based role that works closely with growers through the dealer network rather than direct farm sales.
