A highly respected luxury residential design-build firm in the Northern Virginia market is confidentially seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.

This company has built an outstanding reputation for delivering high-end residential remodeling and renovation projects with an exceptional focus on craftsmanship, professionalism, communication, and overall client experience. Their work includes luxury kitchens, whole-home renovations, additions, condo remodels, and estate-level residential projects throughout the Greater DC / Northern Virginia market.

Responsibilities

• Manage luxury residential remodeling projects from start to finish
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and client communication
• Coordinate closely with architects, designers, field teams, and ownership
• Handle project documentation, change orders, scheduling, and cost tracking
• Ensure projects remain on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality standards
• Proactively solve problems and maintain a high level of client satisfaction throughout the construction process

Ideal Background

• Experience managing high-end residential remodeling or custom home projects
• Strong understanding of renovation sequencing, budgeting, and scheduling
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts in fast-paced environments
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset
• Experience working with affluent clientele preferred
