I am partnered with a well known law firm looking to add an employment attorney to their team! 

Position: Employment Defense Attorney OR Junior Partner 

Location: Sacremento

About Us: Established mid-sized law firm 

• 5+ years of experience with employment law (PAGA would be prefered)
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Experience attending mediations and drafting/opposing motions
• Comfortable attending court appearances
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including discrimination, wage and hour laws, and labor relations
• No book of business is required 
• J.D. & good standing with the CA bar
