PROJECT MANAGER OPPORTUNITY

A highly respected luxury residential builder in the Dallas market is confidentially seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.

This company specializes in high-end custom homes, luxury remodels, and estate-level residential construction throughout some of Dallas’ most sought-after areas. Their reputation has been built on quality craftsmanship, strong client relationships, and delivering an exceptional construction experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a polished, fast-paced environment and enjoys managing complex luxury residential projects from preconstruction through completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-end residential projects from start to finish
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, vendors, and client communication
• Coordinate with architects, designers, field teams, and ownership
• Track project costs, change orders, scheduling, and overall progress
• Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining quality standards
• Problem solve and keep projects moving efficiently

Ideal Background

• Experience managing luxury custom homes and/or high-end renovations
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
• Experience working with high-end clientele preferred
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-driven mindset
