What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
- Install HVAC equipment including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and related components.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections to ensure peak performance and customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate recommendations and pricing for repairs and replacement options.
- Communicate professionally with customers, explaining issues and solutions in a clear and honest manner.
- Mentor and assist junior technicians and installers, helping develop the next generation of skilled tradespeople.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of HVAC service and/or installation experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioning systems, and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- EPA certification and other industry licenses/certifications are a plus.
- Leadership experience or a desire to mentor less experienced technicians is highly valued.
