Opportunity in South Boston area! We are currently adding an HVAC Dispatcher to the team!

Position Overview

As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating our technicians’ schedules, managing the call board, and ensuring jobs are assigned efficiently based on capacity and priority. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and supporting both our field team and customers.

This is a fast-paced position that requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians using ServiceTitan
• Manage and optimize the daily call board to meet capacity goals
• Assign jobs based on technician skillset, location, and availability
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day regarding job progress, delays, and updates
• Provide customer updates 
• Monitor job statuses and adjust schedules in real-time as needed
• Coordinate with sales team, and management to ensure seamless operations
• Ensure all calls and jobs are properly documented and updated in the system
• Support overall team efficiency and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Previous HVAC dispatching required
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (both internal team & customers)
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Team player with a positive, proactive mindset
