About the Opportunity

A growing and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Real Estate & Business Attorney to join its team. This is a unique opportunity to work across both litigation and transactional matters, offering variety, hands-on experience, and long-term growth.

The firm represents a diverse client base including developers, investors, business owners, and commercial entities, providing sophisticated legal services in real estate and business matters.


What You’ll Do

  • Handle commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing
  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents
  • Manage business and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
  • Represent clients in disputes involving contracts, partnerships, and real estate matters
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and agreements
  • Work directly with clients, providing strategic legal guidance

What They’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate law and/or commercial litigation
  • Experience with real estate transactions (acquisitions, leasing, financing)
  • Strong writing, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage cases and transactions independently
  • Licensed and in good standing (or ability to waive in)
