Put your business development experience to work for an AISC-certified Michigan steel erector focused on large Midwest projects of 5,000+ tons. Permanent full-time Business Development Manager role paying $100,000-$200,000 per annum plus bonus incentives, with Midwest travel.

Responsibilities at a glance

• Pursue steel erection opportunities with general contractors and owners across the Midwest
• Lead strategy on major structural steel packages for jobs of 5,000+ tons
• Track competitors, bid timing, and the Midwest project pipeline
• Represent an AISC-certified Michigan erector in client meetings, industry events, and site visits
• Travel the Midwest to advance pursuits and expand client relationships

Qualifications at a glance

• Background in steel erection, structural steel, or heavy construction business development or sales
• Track record winning large-tonnage Midwest projects
• Relationships with general contractors, fabricators, or owners preferred
• Comfortable with Midwest travel
• Clear communicator who turns pipelines into awards
