Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Raleigh / Durham, North Carolina

A top commercial General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects throughout the Raleigh-Durham area.

The company has built a reputation for delivering quality projects, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting from within. As growth continues, they are seeking a Project Manager who can take ownership of projects while contributing to the company's long-term success.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Negotiate and manage subcontractor agreements
• Review contracts, drawings, and specifications
• Manage project financials, forecasting, and cost control
• Coordinate with Superintendents and project teams
• Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships
• Lead project meetings and communication efforts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor
• Experience managing ground-up commercial projects
• Strong understanding of budgeting, contracts, scheduling, and project financials
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
