Job Description

A structural steel fabrication company with three local shops is hiring a Safety Director right away. You'll own safety at all three locations and report directly to leadership, so you'll have real say in how the shops work.

What you'll do

• Lead and build the safety program across all 3 fabrication shops
• Drive OSHA compliance, inspections, audits and incident investigations
• Train and coach shop leaders and crews on safe fabrication practices
• Track safety metrics and report results to leadership
• Spot hazards early and put corrective actions in place

What we're looking for

• Safety leadership experience in structural steel fabrication or a similar industrial/manufacturing environment
• Steel erection safety experience will also be considered
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA standards
• Able to manage safety across multiple local sites

Compensation & benefits

• $100K–$120K base salary
• Bonus based on company performance
