Job Description

A bridge steel fabrication shop within easy reach of Fulton, MO wants a hands-on Quality Control Manager who can take ownership of inspections, NDT, and AWS D1.5 compliance from first fit-up to final ship.

Responsibilities:

• Write and manage inspection and test plans, QC records, and NCR/corrective action
• Oversee weld inspection and NDT across every stage of bridge steel production
• Serve as the main quality contact for production, project managers, and outside inspectors
• Keep shop work compliant with AWS D1.5, AISC requirements, and project specs

Requirements:

• UT Level II
• Current CWI certification
• 8+ years of QC experience in steel fabrication
• Proven quality experience on AWS D1.5 bridge steel fabrication
