One of my top clients, a commercial contractor in the OKC area, is looking to add a Self-Perform Superintendent. You'll lead the company's own crews on commercial projects. It's a good fit for someone who knows both the trades and the overall site.
Responsibilities:
-Lead self-perform crews and daily production
-Plan manpower, equipment and materials
-Track productivity and field costs
-Coordinate self-perform work with the overall project schedule
Requirements:
-5+ years of commercial field experience with self-perform crews
-Strong production tracking and cost awareness
-Good leadership and communication skills
-OSHA 30 preferred
