Senior Insurance Coverage Attorney
Location: Dallas, TX

The salary for this role is market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses.

I am working directly with the owners of a well-established Texas-based law firm that is seeking a Senior Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its carrier-side practice in Dallas. This Senior Insurance Coverage Attorney will work closely with the shareholder leading the group and will have a clear, structured path toward long-term growth and partnership.

This platform is known for maintaining a true “lifestyle” environment, allowing the Senior Insurance Coverage Attorney to handle sophisticated coverage matters without the burnout typically seen in similar practices.

What We Need

  • 7+ years of experience as a Senior Insurance Coverage Attorney handling carrier-side matters
  • Strong experience analyzing first-party and third-party coverage issues
  • Ability to draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and denial letters
  • Experience managing cases from inception through resolution, including mediation
  • Ability to work directly with shareholders on strategy, client communication, and practice growth
  • Licensed and in good standing in Texas
  • Ability to independently manage a docket with minimal oversight
  • Interest in long-term growth with a path to partnership as a Senior Insurance Coverage Attorney
