Labor & Employment Attorney (Partner / Senior Counsel) | Portable Book of Business Required

A highly regarded and growing law firm in St. Louis, MO is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney with an established portable book of business to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial attorney looking to expand their practice within a collaborative firm that values client service, business development, and long-term growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Represent employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters
  • Advise clients on employment policies, workplace investigations, compliance issues, and risk management strategies
  • Handle employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, wrongful termination, and restrictive covenant disputes
  • Draft and review employment agreements, handbooks, policies, and related documents
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships while growing your practice
  • Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups to provide comprehensive client solutions

What We're Looking For:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in Missouri
  • Significant experience in labor and employment law
  • Portable book of business
  • Strong client management and business development skills
  • Proven ability to independently manage complex matters
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
