A national litigation firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate with 3+ years of litigation experience to join its New York office. This is an immediate opening.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle labor and employment litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice.
• Draft briefs, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Work with partners on case strategy and keep clients informed.

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York bar, in good standing (required); New Jersey admission is a plus.
• At least 3 years of litigation experience in labor and employment.

Compensation:

• Base salary of $135,000 - $165,000, commensurate with experience.
