Job Description

We're hiring a Senior BIM/VDC Coordinator near Pearland to lead 3D modeling and digital coordination on structural steel projects. You'll be the link between the field, the shop, and the design team, catching clashes early before they turn into expensive fixes.

What you'll do

• Create and manage 3D models in Tekla Structures, Navisworks, and Revit
• Lead clash detection and coordination meetings with trades and engineers
• Support detailing, fabrication, and erection teams through model-based workflows
• Keep models, standards, and project files organized and current
• Drive VDC process improvements and mentor other modelers

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of BIM/VDC experience in steel, construction, or engineering
• Hands-on experience with Tekla, Navisworks, and/or Revit
• Understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Compensation & benefits

• $100K–$130K based on experience
• Benefits package
