Construction Superintendent in Milwaukee

Job Description

A well-established and thriving construction company based in Wisconsin is currently seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage projects from start to finish. This is a leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding of construction processes, safety, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations for commercial and/or residential projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Maintain project schedules and budgets
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and crew
• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues quickly

Requirements:

• 8+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or superintendent role
• Degree in construction management
• Strong understanding of blueprints, scheduling software, and jobsite logistics
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• OSHA certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
