About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Law Attorney to join a growing and collaborative legal team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload while making a meaningful impact on clients navigating complex and sensitive legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support
• Manage cases from intake through resolution, including litigation when necessary
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal agreements
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations
• Provide strategic legal guidance and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in TX
• 3+ years of family law experience preferred
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently
• Commitment to client advocacy and professionalism
• Courtroom/Trial experience needed
