Why this role?

Step in as the finance leader for a growing construction company, reporting directly to the CEO and owning the entire finance function. Pay is $150,000-$200,000+ plus a bonus of up to 30%.

What will you own?

• Job cost, WIP, and revenue recognition
• Budgets, cash flow, billing, and AR
• Equipment costing, KPIs, and audits
• Leading and growing the accounting team

Who are we looking for?

• 7+ years in accounting or finance, with 3+ of those years in management
• A CPA, MCA, or CCIFP (required) and a degree in accounting or finance
• Construction accounting experience; Viewpoint Vista is a plus

Where?

On-site in Columbia, MO. Candidates in the Warrensburg area must relocate to Columbia, MO; relocation is required.
