Why this role?

You'd report to the CEO of a growing construction company and lead its full finance function. Compensation is $150,000-$200,000+ with up to a 30% bonus.

What will you own?

• Job costing, WIP, and revenue recognition
• Budgeting, cash flow, billing, and accounts receivable
• Equipment costing, KPI tracking, and audits
• Leadership of the accounting team

Who are we looking for?

• 7+ years of accounting or finance experience, including 3+ in management
• CPA, MCA, or CCIFP (required) plus a degree in accounting or finance
• Construction accounting experience; Viewpoint Vista knowledge is a plus

On-site in Columbia, MO, an easy commute from Boonville.
