Why this role?

Lead the entire finance function for a growing construction company, reporting to the CEO. The role pays $150,000-$200,000+ plus a bonus of up to 30%.

What will you own?

• Job cost, WIP schedules, and revenue recognition
• Budgets, cash flow management, billing, and AR
• Equipment cost tracking, KPIs, and audits
• Managing the accounting team

Who are we looking for?

• 7+ years in accounting or finance, at least 3 of them in management
• A CPA, MCA, or CCIFP is required, along with a degree in accounting or finance
• Construction accounting background; Viewpoint Vista experience is a plus

On-site in Columbia, MO, within commuting distance of Fulton.
