The firm represents debtors, creditors, committees, and other stakeholders in complex restructuring and insolvency matters. Attorneys in this group handle high-level strategy, court appearances, negotiations, and transactional components of restructuring cases.

3–10 years of commercial bankruptcy experience
Significant experience handling Chapter 11 matters
Experience representing debtors, creditors, or trustees
Strong legal writing, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to manage matters independently while working within a team
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in the applicable jurisdiction (or ability to obtain admission)
