Construction Attorney

An established top-tier commercial law firm in Minneapolis, with a highly collegial environment, is currently seeking a Construction Attorney. Years of experience may vary from 5+ to 20, if at partner-level. 

The firm also recognizes the importance of work/life balance and has an environment that embraces diversity and inclusion. 

Experience with complex casework and/or transactions is desired.  

The salary for this role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, portable business, and with generous performance-based bonuses. 

Skills and Requirements:

  • 5-20+ years' experience in construction law (transactional or litigation)
  • Experience representing general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals with sophisticated casework/transactions
  • Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long-term
  • Ability to work alongside a collegial top-rated law group
  • Professional, organized and collaborative 
  • Licensed to practice in Minnesota
