Job Description

A well-established and highly regarded law firm in the Twin Cities is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its growing team. The firm handles sophisticated, complex matters and offers an engaging and diverse case docket. They are looking for a motivated and forward-thinking attorney with at least one year of experience in civil or commercial litigation. Compensation is based on experience.

Qualifications:

  • 1–5 years of civil litigation experience

  • Varied caseload including real estate litigation, employment litigation, and some real estate transactions

  • Any civil litigation background will be considered

  • Experience taking and defending depositions

  • JD from an accredited law school

  • Licensed to practice in Minnesota

  • Exceptional legal writing ability

  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a team environment

Compensation & Benefits:
