Responsibilities
- Serve as lead counsel on litigation matters through trial
- Manage discovery, experts, and pretrial motions
- Take and defend key depositions
- Advise clients on risk and resolution strategy
- Mentor associates
Requirements
- First-chair trial experience (any practice area) or a personal injury defense background
- Licensed with the State Bar of Texas
- Strong courtroom presence and judgment
