**Advisory Supervisor - Government & Nonprofit — Pittsburgh, PA**
Pay: $94,000 – $114,000 + bonus potential
Lead advisory work for mission-driven clients. A respected Pennsylvania CPA firm serving government and nonprofit clients needs an Advisory Supervisor. Hybrid with minimal travel.
What you'll do:
- Direct client accounting and advisory engagements from planning to delivery
- Lead projects like internal control reviews, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow analysis and policy development
- Review staff work, financial statements and dashboards
- Train, coach and evaluate staff and seniors
- Present results to client leadership and boards
What you bring:
- 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably public accounting
- Government/nonprofit experience preferred
- CPA preferred (CGFM, CFE or CITP welcome)
- Proven ability to supervise and develop people
