The role is tailored for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is looking to sharpen their skills in complex commercial litigation, especially in federal court. In addition to commercial matters, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a range of litigation areas, including employment disputes, municipal cases, toxic tort defense, and personal injury defense.
What You'll Do:
Serve as lead counsel on assigned matters and collaborate with senior attorneys on high-stakes litigation.
Draft pleadings, briefs, discovery materials, and dispositive motions with precision and insight.
Interact directly with clients, including in-house legal teams and senior executives.
Conduct client and witness interviews, depositions, and prepare for trial and arbitration.
Participate in strategy sessions, practice group meetings, and business development initiatives.
Contribute to thought leadership through legal writing and speaking.
What We're Looking For:
3–7 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial disputes.
Federal court experience is preferred, but not required.
Licensed in Pennsylvania and in good standing.
A degree from an accredited law school.
Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
A proactive, client-focused mindset and a team-oriented attitude.
