The role is tailored for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is looking to sharpen their skills in complex commercial litigation, especially in federal court. In addition to commercial matters, you’ll have the opportunity to work in a range of litigation areas, including employment disputes, municipal cases, toxic tort defense, and personal injury defense.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as lead counsel on assigned matters and collaborate with senior attorneys on high-stakes litigation.

  • Draft pleadings, briefs, discovery materials, and dispositive motions with precision and insight.

  • Interact directly with clients, including in-house legal teams and senior executives.

  • Conduct client and witness interviews, depositions, and prepare for trial and arbitration.

  • Participate in strategy sessions, practice group meetings, and business development initiatives.

  • Contribute to thought leadership through legal writing and speaking.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–7 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial disputes.

  • Federal court experience is preferred, but not required.

  • Licensed in Pennsylvania and in good standing.

  • A degree from an accredited law school.

  • Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.

  • A proactive, client-focused mindset and a team-oriented attitude.
