1–3 year litigators: get into depositions and hearings early, learn directly from experienced litigators, and earn $105K–$130K plus bonus potential at a growing San Antonio defense firm.

Our recruiting team is working directly with the leadership of a well-established and growing Texas litigation firm that is adding a Junior Associate Attorney to its San Antonio civil defense team. If you're 1–3 years in and want to be on your feet, not buried in document review, this Junior Associate Attorney role gives you early responsibility for discovery, motions, depositions, and hearings, with hands-on mentorship and a clear path for long-term advancement.

Early-career roles that pair real courtroom responsibility with direct mentorship are hard to find. This one is designed for an associate who wants to grow with the firm.

What We Need

• 1–3 years of civil litigation experience (required)
• Defense-side PI, motor vehicle, premises, or products liability experience (preferred)
• Drafting pleadings, written discovery, and motions
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy
• Texas Bar license in good standing
• Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long term
