Our client, a respected civil engineering and surveying firm in Southwest Michigan, is seeking a Professional Surveyor to direct its survey group and help grow the business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a survey team of field and office staff
• Oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA, and construction survey projects
• Review and certify survey deliverables
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships
• Support business development and grow the survey client base

Requirements:

• Licensed Professional Surveyor (PS) in Michigan
• Project management and staff management experience
• Strong boundary and field survey background
• Business development interest and strong client skills
• Self-starter with great drive
