3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor
📍 Northwestern IA | 💰 $70K–$90K | Food Manufacturing (Meat)

Working with a long-standing food manufacturing client on a key 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor opening.

This is a hands-on leadership role—you’ll own overnight maintenance operations, keep the plant running, and lead from the front when things need fixed now, not later.

What they need:

• Strong mechanical + electrical troubleshooting
• Prior lead or supervisor experience (doesn’t need to be huge teams)
• Someone who can make decisions on nights without hand-holding

What you’ll do:

• Lead and support maintenance techs on 3rd shift
• Troubleshoot equipment issues in real time
• Keep production uptime where it needs to be
• Work closely with operations to keep things moving
