Location: Middle Tennessee
Compensation: $150,000 - $195,000, depending on experience

About the Opportunity

A well-established regional CPA and advisory firm in the Middle Tennessee area is looking for an experienced Audit Senior Manager to lead complex assurance engagements. You'll join a collaborative culture that invests in its people, take on meaningful and challenging work, and have a clear path toward Partner.

What You'll Do

• Manage large, complex audit engagements from planning through completion
• Research and resolve technical accounting and auditing issues
• Present findings and recommendations to client executives and boards
• Lead, direct, and constructively challenge engagement teams
• Train, develop, and mentor staff, seniors, and managers
• Develop new client relationships and support business development
• Introduce clients to the firm's other service areas when they would benefit

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 8+ years of relevant assurance experience in public accounting
• Active CPA license (required)
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for coaching and developing others
• An entrepreneurial mindset and uncompromising integrity
