Labor & Employment Partner | Hybrid | Los Angeles or Orange County

An award-winning, nationally recognized mid-size law firm is seeking a seasoned Labor & Employment Partner to join its expanding team. Known for handling sophisticated, high-stakes matters, the firm fosters a collaborative, team-driven culture where attorneys are supported and set up to thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Advise and counsel clients on a wide range of labor & employment matters, including FEHA and wage & hour issues
• Collaborate closely with other partners and practice groups
• Lead and manage discovery, law and motion practice, and case strategy
• Deliver high-quality advocacy and client service across multiple engagements

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of Labor & Employment experience
• Strong background in counseling, advising, and litigation
• Experience supporting and partnering with other attorneys
• Active, good-standing member of the California State Bar
• Excellent writing, communication, and advocacy skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
