Job Snapshot

Job Description

Asbestos litigators: step into a leadership seat on a sophisticated mass tort docket, work directly with firm leadership on strategy, and earn $145K–$195K plus performance bonuses.

Our recruiting team is working directly with the leadership of a well-established plaintiffs' litigation firm that is adding a mid- to senior-level Mass Torts Attorney to its Dallas office. If you have a strong asbestos background and want more than a caseload, this Mass Torts Attorney role puts you in charge of complex matters and a high-performing case-management team, with a real voice in how the practice grows. Full-time, in-office.

Leadership seats on an established asbestos docket don't open often, and this firm wants someone ready to grow with it over the long term.

What We Need

  • Plaintiffs' mass torts experience with a strong asbestos background (required)
  • Mid- to senior-level litigation experience managing multiple active dockets from inception through resolution
  • Experience supervising or mentoring paralegals, assistants, or junior attorneys
  • Strong research, organization, and communication skills
  • Texas Bar license in good standing
  • Desire to grow and advance with the firm over the long term

What You Get

  • $145K–$195K, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses
  • A leadership role over sophisticated asbestos and mass tort litigation
  • A seat at the table: work directly with leadership on case strategy and practice development
  • Medical from the first of the month after hire, plus dental, vision, and a 401(k) match
  • 15 days PTO
  • A professional, organized, and collaborative environment

Pay is competitive at the top of the market for an individual with similar experience.
