We have partnered with an established insurance agency in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Benefits Producer to join their growing team. Known for their "family first" culture and strong internal support, this agency provides hands on training, flexible working conditions, and solid resources to help you build and manage a lucrative book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, generate leads, and close new B2B accounts through cold outreach, lead campaigns, and networking.
  • Consult with clients to design, implement, and manage customized employee benefit programs (Small Group, Fully Insured, and Level Funded options).
  • Conduct virtual and in-person consultative insurance reviews and proposal presentations.
  • Utilize industry tech tools (such as EPIC) to streamline account processes and client communication.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales or employee benefits insurance sales.
  • Licensing: Active Life & Health License required.
  • Product Knowledge: Experience with Small Group, Fully Insured and Level-Funded programs.
  • Skills: Strong communication, consultative presentation skills, and a proven track record of closing new business.
