A well-established Commercial General Contractor with 35+ years in business is looking to add a Superintendent to their team in the Raleigh–Durham Triangle.

🚫 No travel required – all projects are local, so you’re home every night.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, and internal teams
• Take full ownership of jobsite execution from start to finish

• Proven experience leading commercial construction projects as a Superintendent
• Ability to take ownership and run a jobsite independently
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience with a variety of commercial project types
• Commitment to quality, safety, and project success
