Job Description

Lebanon, OH area structural steel fabricator is hiring a Project Manager with a strong steel background. You'll manage the full life of each job and make sure the fabrication shop and the steel erectors stay in sync from award through erection.

Responsibilities:

• Keep detailers, engineers, and shop staff aligned on drawings, approvals, and fabrication
• Run fabricated steel projects from contract award to closeout, managing scope, schedule, budget, and change orders
• Track production, billing, and costs, and identify risks early
• Coordinate with steel erectors on sequencing, delivery timing, site logistics, and field issues
• Handle RFIs and submittals and run project meetings with general contractors, owners, and erectors

Experience and skills:

• 8+ years of project management in structural steel fabrication or steel erection
• Ability to read structural and shop drawings
• Experience working with steel erectors and field crews
• Strong scheduling, communication, and cost-control skills
• Engineering or construction management degree, or equivalent experience, preferred
