Job Description

Own the quality program at a structural steel fabricator in the Loveland, OH area. As Quality Control Manager, you'll set the standard for weld quality, inspection, and code compliance across the shop.

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee and perform weld inspection and NDT
• Build and manage inspection plans, documentation, and NCR/corrective action
• Partner with production, project managers, steel erectors, and third-party inspectors
• Hold the shop to AWS D1.1/D1.5, AISC certification, and project specifications

Your background:

• 8+ years of QC experience in steel fabrication
• CWI certification
• UT Level II preferred
