We are seeking a corporate associate attorney with experience handling complex corporate matters. This role will allow you to build strong relationships with sophisticated clients and guide them through transformative business events.

Qualifications:

• 3 + years of experience in one or more of the following: mergers and acquisitions (buy and sell side), commercial agreements, corporate finance, private equity, tax (deal structure, organizational structures, partnership), entity selection and formation, and general corporate matters. Experience with formations in connection with real estate investments, real estate-secured financings, and other commercial real estate transitions is desirable
• Licensed to practice law in Idaho (or eligible for admission by reciprocity).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to effectively serve diverse clients
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical capabilities.
