Location: East Valley, Phoenix, AZ – Mesa / Chandler

Position: Full-Time

The Opportunity

A well-established, physician-driven ophthalmology practice with more than 60 years of clinical excellence to identify an experienced Comprehensive Ophthalmologist and Cataract Surgeon for its growing Phoenix East Valley team.

The practice is seeking a skilled cataract surgeon who is proficient in modern surgical techniques and premium IOL technology and is committed to providing exceptional, patient-centered care.

What the Physician Will Do

• Perform comprehensive ophthalmology consultations and cataract evaluations
• Perform cataract and refractive surgery
• Utilize premium IOLs and advanced technology to optimize patient outcomes
• Collaborate with optometrists, technicians, and surgical counselors
• Participate in continued education and clinical advancement

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology
• 2–5+ years of cataract surgery experience preferred
• Experience with premium IOLs and refractive cataract techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient-centered approach to care
