Legal Assistant – Litigation | Newport Beach, CA

A well-established personal injury law firm is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support its litigation team. This is a great opportunity for someone with some legal or administrative experience who is interested in growing their career in litigation.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys and paralegals with litigation files
• Assist with preparing, filing, and serving legal documents
• Manage case deadlines and calendaring
• Communicate with clients to gather information and documents
• Maintain organized case files and records

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of legal or administrative experience preferred
• Interest in litigation or pursuing a paralegal certificate is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and positive, team-oriented attitude
