Commercial Litigation Attorney | 10+ Years Experience

A well-established law firm is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney with 10+ years of litigation experience to join its team. This is a senior-level role handling complex, high-stakes business and commercial disputes from case strategy through trial.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex commercial litigation matters, including business disputes, breach of contract, partnership/shareholder disputes, and related claims
  • Develop case strategy and oversee all phases of litigation, from pleadings and discovery through trial
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Argue motions and represent clients in state and federal court
  • Represent clients at mediation and arbitration
  • Manage and mentor junior associates on litigation matters
  • Advise clients directly on litigation risk and strategy

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of commercial litigation experience
  • Active bar admission to New Hampshire
  • Proven trial and courtroom experience
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex litigation independently and lead case teams
  • Excellent client relationship and business development skills
