Estate Planning & Probate Attorney | New Hampshire Bar Required

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to advise clients on comprehensive estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, and tax planning. This role blends sophisticated planning work with hands-on probate and trust administration, along with strong client relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, and estate/gift tax planning
  • Administer probate estates and trust administration
  • Handle guardianships and related fiduciary matters
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Qualifications:

  • Active admission to the New Hampshire Bar (required)
  • Experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration
  • Experience with guardianship and fiduciary matters
  • Strong drafting skills for wills, trusts, and estate planning documents
  • Excellent client counseling and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently with attention to detail
