Commercial Real Estate Attorney | New Hampshire Bar Required

A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney to represent clients across a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including sales and acquisitions, financing, leasing, and land use. This role involves both transactional drafting and direct client counseling on real estate development and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and real estate holding company documentation
• Review title and survey plans
• Manage real estate closings
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance and land use / development issues
• Represent clients in commercial real estate financing and acquisition transactions

Qualifications:

• Active admission to the New Hampshire Bar (required)
• Experience in commercial real estate law, including transactions, financing, and leasing
• Experience with title review, closings, and land use / zoning matters
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines independently
