Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Manchester, New Hampshire office, focusing on commercial and insurance defense litigation. This Associate Attorney role offers hands-on litigation experience across all phases of trial work, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and evidentiary hearings.

The ideal Associate Attorney will bring 1–5 years of litigation experience, strong academic credentials, and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Attorney looking to grow within a collaborative and mentorship-driven litigation environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions

  • Take and defend depositions and support broader litigation strategy

  • Argue motions in state and federal courts

  • Conduct client and witness interviews and gather case materials

  • Collaborate with attorneys on complex litigation matters

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and procedural rules

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of litigation experience

  • Licensed to practice in New Hampshire

  • Courtroom and deposition experience preferred

  • Strong writing and analytical skills (writing sample required)
