Commercial Litigation Partner | Washington

GPAC has partnered with a highly respected firm seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner to join and help lead a growing practice in Washington.

This is an opportunity to step into a key leadership role handling complex, high-value litigation matters while working alongside a collaborative and well-established team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage sophisticated commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Develop case strategy and provide high-level legal counsel to clients
• Draft and oversee pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations
• Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys and legal staff
• Play a key role in client development and long-term growth of the practice

What They’re Looking For:

• 13+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Proven ability to manage complex cases and serve as lead counsel
• Active Washington Bar license in good standing
• Strong business development mindset and client relationship skills
• Exceptional writing, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities
